Question / Help Can You Minimise The Decrease Of Performance While Recording?

The title may not be clear but I want to have good performance during recording since I always drop to 30fps instead of going down a couple frames. I record at 1080p 30fps.
I have an AMD FX-6300, AMD XFX R9 380X DD Black Edition 4GB. I'm pretty sure that's all you need.

the CRF-based bitrate selection used by the normal recording guides we offer allows you to use the ultrafast x264 preset to minimize CPU impact.

Studio offers presets that work with quicksync and nvenc to offer similar quality with those encoders.
