Question / Help Can I Record Stream Audio Minus Music?

Hi,
I'm streaming PS4 games through an Elgato using OBS, and was wondering whether it was possible to separate the audio being streamed from the audio being recorded.

I play music on my stream, but I can't have it on the recordings, as they would then get flagged on Youtube. Is it possible to set up OBS so that it is streaming Everything, but only recording part of the audio?

Audio from your PS4 is coming from the Elgato, and the Music is coming from the Desktop Source.

1. Open your Advanced Audio Properties(Gear icon in the Mixer)
2. Turn off Track 2 for Desktop. Note. Don't touch the Track 1 setup, Track 1 is the default Stream track so you will want all your sources to play down it.

3. Go to your Recording settings (You will need to be in Advanced Mode), and set it up to record Track 2, default is 1.

Keep in mind though, if you have Alerts the sound won't record, nothing from your desktop will record.
