Question / Help Bug in Hearthstone game, please help

I cant record video from Hearthstone game.
In start menu all is ok, but when game is starting, all textures except cards, heroes and hero power - is black!



What is wrong? Help me please.

I have one more problem, i use OBS for local record, and sometimes OBS is not recording video, i see Preview but when i push "Start Recording Hotkey" and Stop Recording - nothing change... video is not recording. Why this might be?
Why I cant record video with Preview?
