Question / Help Blue Snowball giving low audio

I have a fairly decent mic (Blue Snowball ICE) that should be picking up audio when i record/stream a game, but when i have people watch my stream they complain, stating that the mic audio is far too low. Is there any way that i can fix this? i have tried fixing the drivers, unplugging it, i don't know what to do anymore. plz send halp.

I use the Blue snowball as well, so I should be able to help you. In OBS, have you tried turning the game audio down to compensate? Also, make sure you go to your windows mic properties and makes sure you've got your volume level turned up there as well

If that doesn't work for whatever reason, you can still add a gain filter to the mic if absolutely necessary. click the gear next to the microphone volume slider in OBS > Filters > Click the Plus sign and add Gain. Move the slider as needed.
