Question / Help Black Screen with AverMedia LGP

Hey all.

So I first used my LGP a few months ago, and I'm pretty sure that I ran into the same issue, but I can't for the life of me remember how I fixed it. Anyways, I've googled the fuck out of this problem and still can't get it to work.

Google Chrome/Skype is not running.

I'm using Stream Engine as the source.

I tested the capture with the AverMedia software and it works fine.

I'm running the 32bit version.

Have you tried removing the source and re-adding it?

Also give Studio a try.

Yeah, I've tried making a new scene. What is Studio?

Also, I just tested a regular window capture and I'm getting a black screen even on that..it seems no matter what the source is, it's just a black screen.

EDIT: Alright so I downloaded studio, so far no problems, I'm going to test it with my capture card and report back.

Is HDCP turned off on the PS4?

Hmm... I can't really think of anything else... And you're running the latest drivers+stream engine+firmware?

Wow, so I'm retarded. HDCP was not turned off, it must have turned back on automatically.

It seems to be working flawlessly now.
