Everytime im trying to stream there is black bars on top/side of my screen at twitch.

You are streaming in a 5:4 resolution which also makes me think your monitor is in 5:4, the twitch player is defaulted to 16:9 so you naturally get black bars because it has to fill the missing stuff with something.
So what can you do: 1. buy a 16:9 monitor or 2. change your monitors resolution to a 16:9 resolution and accept black bars on YOUR end 3. stretch your image to 16:9 which will look really bad (think of a thin woman suddenly gain 90 pounds...) or just live with the black bars since you cant cater to every viewer ever. The default is 16:9 currently , so even if you stream at 16:9 people with 5:4 monitors or 16:10 WILL get black bars no matter what.

edit: i forgot to mention another method to "get rid" of them -> Some people stream in a 16:9 resolution (eg: 1280x720), center their game and put images on the sides. You can usually see that method on streams that stream older games which dont have widescreen resolutions.

I would recommend setting your custom resolution to a 16:9 ratio in the Video settings; go one step larger than your actual res. It won't get rid of the black bars (letterboxing), but it WILL allow you to control it... slide the game to one side or the other, add a frame/graphics to the empty space, or slide the game all the way over to make room for a chatbox and webcam (what I'd recommend most highly). I'd advise against using the non-ratio scale to stretch the game up/out to fill the screen... it looks pretty bad, even in minor cases (like a 16:10 squashed down).

I believe Twitch will letterbox any non 16:9 stream they receive... so you may as well take control of it at least, so you can *use* that space to add stuff to make your stream look better, until you can get a 16:9 ratio monitor. :)

What do you mean "Remove Aspect Ratio"...aspect ratio of your source? If you want to ignore aspect ratio when you resize a source, hold Alt while resizing.

But ignoring aspect ratio usually leads to stretched images that don't look great...but it's up to you.
