Question / Help Best settings?

I want to stream and I'm wondering what's the best settings for my PC. I feel as though the auto configuration isn't helping.

if you are gaming on that PC too, then I suggest you get yourself a nvidia card and use NVENC encoding. ot game on the xbox and use x264 fast present

There are no 'best settings'.
Your best option is to go to the Tools menu, Auto-Configuration Wizard. It'll give you a baseline set that should be safe to start with.
