Question / Help audio/video sync gradually falls apart

i have been trying to fix an issue where in my recorded videos, the audio sound starts to unsync with the video footage about 1-2 mins into the recording and continues to get worse as time progresses. changing settings does not fix the issue and i cant figure out what the problem is
