Question / Help Audio is very distorted and cuts out several mics in my churches live stream

Hi there, any help would be very appreciated.
The audio is warbly and what does come out is distorted, several worship team members get cut out totally for minutes at a time
Could this be an issue with the windows settings Or the OBS settings?
