Bug Report Audio Going Screwy on Startup

Hi, when I start streaming with OBS the audio on my computer goes wonky. Like even what I hear, not just what stream hears, ends up sounding like it's lagging. And the only time I've been able to reproduce this problem is when I'm streaming with OBS. My computer CPU usage even getting that high, and the audio is "lagging" even on a stream with no video. This was just a short stream I did to have a log file of it happening, with some music going to confirm it was doing it.

If all sound and such is messing up (especially desktop sound), often it can mean an improper overclock. If you are overclocking verify to make sure you set it up correctly.

If not, then I would like to hear an example.
