8700K ENCODING PROBLEM?

ive tried to encode with 8700k while streaming overwatch and pubg

and i need your help.

i used to stream pubg 1080p60fps 900p 60fps and 720p60fps all this on 6k bitrate.

but when i tried 1080p60fps in overwatch the encoded fps would jump around 30-60
when swiched to 900p60fps it would jump around 45-60
when switched to 720p60fps it would be like 55-60

(EDIT)

ALSO DOING FPS LAG ON PUBG TOO NOW.

cpu temps are like 65c

usage is also somewhere to 50-60

ive tried limiting threads / limited my webcams resolution to smaller / locking fps ingame / limiting webcams fps / put encoder to highpriority nothing this seems to matter it just keeps dropping fps. temps are always low because of my good cooling. processor can easily handle veryfast preset.... i should be able to use even fast/medium preset but due this lag i cant stream at all

I also thing the OP is letting his system run into a bottleneck and therefore he might get rendering lag (GPU overload).
But of course it could also be CPU overload...with 1080p 60fps x264 very fast my 1700x (8cores 16 threads) is hitting max load in some games and the 8700k is faster per core, but has 2 cores/4 threads less. But maybe he is just using NVENC....it's all just guessing, without a proper log file.

problem was having my 60hz and 144hz plugged in to same gpu switched my 60hz monitor to my 8700k integrated gpu and all problems disappeared.
