Question / Help 390X Issues on stand alone Stream PC

Hi

I am having some issues on my system. I built up a "Stream PC" with some spare parts...

I have a HD7950 in there currently which performs 10Xbetter than a 390X which i find extremely difficult to understand why. I just want to know am i missing something here because the HD7950 doesn't encode greatly in 1080P but the 390X won't even encode the 1080P at a decent frame rate and barely does the 720P. I tried using the stream encoder to do the scaling from 1080P to 720P and it didn't make much of a difference.. even the Scene stage lags when not streaming... I had run with the 7950 the day before and it wasn't that bad so i changed it back and now the Scene stage is running at 60fps in the preview but then drops frames when Encoding (card limitations)... Sorry it's a bit scattered but you should get the gist from it

System specs are

ASUS Sabertooth Z77
3770K @ 4.7Ghz
16Gb Ram
Avermedia Live Gamer HD 2
SSD
HD7950 or R9-390X
750W Powersupply (Should be more than enough to handle a 390X and the CPU)

The Gaming PC is

basically a

6700K @ 4.7Ghz
16gb ram
EVGA Maxwell Titan X SC

Does anyone have a solution as to why the 390X runs like absolute Crap ?

Thanks Fenrir, I will make a Log, After i wrote this post i found

But with that installed it did not open up any further options than it allready had. Its allmost like the plugin installed itself but did not become available...

Sorry i didn't see the log file portion.

That plugin is included with the OBS installer, so of course installing it did nothing.
