Question / Help 2 PC Stream Set-Up, need help.

Hey guys, I'm working on a 2 PC stream set-up. I have my first build which will be my gaming computer, (specs: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/Xc9Jbj ) and I am working on my second build which will be my streaming/recording computer. I was wondering what would be the minimum requirements for this build, but still able to out-put a high quality for my stream. I have a quick build guide picked out, but would like some side notes/2nd opinions.

I don't really see a reason for a 2PC setup if you're rolling with a 5820K and 980Ti in the gaming PC. Use x264 for streaming and NVENC or QSV for recording.

I've been having a recurring problem with streaming on one PC. My stream becomes very pixelated whenever I look in game or move around on the webcam. It will clear up if I just run straight and stay still.

If you're going to go through the expense of a 2nd PC for recording, don't shortchange it with an i5. Get an i7 or equivalent Xeon. An old Sandy Bridge i7 (4C 8T) will crush even a new Haswell or Skylake i5 (4C 4T) for video encoding purposes.

That would be an issue with your settings and probably not something a 2PC setup would fix given the current hardware you have at your disposal.

I've tried messing around with my settings multiple times, but I can not seem to find a fix. It will help out a little bit but the main problem is still there.
