laggy record

    after record a video game is very laggy

    when i record a video in obs it shows me without any laggs . but when i finish recording i look at the video and its all laggy pls help my last log https://obsproject.com/logs/Kiq3Fl4fsPftclLz i tired all endcode verions but still laggy
