I will test this and strongly believe that this is needed to further reduce the main causes of stuttering. 5 stars indeed!

I just downloaded and didn't test it yet, but I want to thank you even before testing it. I have a really complex OBS setup (hundreds of scenes with stages the people can interact with) and I can't get rid of frame drops when loading sources. Please, take in consideration expanding this concept to do a replacement of Multimedia Source, it's also a pain in the ass. Let's hope someday OBS developers update their pipeline to make all source load async. Thank you a thousand times! You're legend!

Thanks a lot, much appreciated! Since I am also suffering from similar issues with the media source the thought has crossed my mind, but I haven't looked into it yet to figure out how much effort it would take, so no promises at this point.

This thing is amazing!
If you are running a lot of Pictures and use the "Unload image when not showing" option, this Plugin is a must-have!

Same as @dynamiteandy, would love to have this for Media-Sources too, as i use these mostly for some GIF's instead of image-source.

Would even pay for it :D
