StreaMN Scoreboard
Sports scoreboard plugin for hockey, basketball, soccer, football, lacrosse, rugby, and more. Tracks game state and writes it to text files — point your OBS Text sources at them to build your own scorebug overlay.
Supports
- Game clock (count up or down, configurable per sport; auto-stops at 0:00 or period length)
- Team names
- Scores
- Shots on goal (hockey, lacrosse)
- Fouls / yellow cards / flags (basketball, soccer, football)
- Period/quarter/half tracking with overtimes
- Penalty timers with player numbers (hockey, lacrosse, rugby)
- Sport preset selector — automatically shows/hides relevant stats for each sport
- 31 OBS hotkeys for hands-free operation while you stream
Automatically logs goals, penalties, period changes, and game end events with stream-relative timestamps. Click "Copy Timestamps to Clipboard" and paste into your YouTube description for instant chapter markers — viewers can jump straight to key moments.
Highlight generation (optional)
- Integrates with reeln-cli (
python -m pip install reeln) for automatic in-game highlight clips - Period highlight. Segment (period, quarter, half, etc) advance triggers segment highlights, or check "Game Finished" to generate full-game highlights. Works great with the Directory Watch Media plugin for showing segment highlights between periods, or upload to YouTube after the game for the "Story of the Game (example)."
Chapters and Events
- Any major change of events like starting the segment (period/quarter/half), changing the score for either team, adding a penalty/foul - will log "events" to track later
- A button appears to copy events for youtube livestream descriptions so you can quickly come back to them when rewatching your games!
- Check out reeln-cli and the google and streamn-scoreboard plugins for automatic updates to your livestream so you don't have to copy! (Feature in development)
- When recording with a hybrid .mp4/.mov file extension (OBS v32+) the game events will log as events in the resulting video recording. This allows you to use QuickTime, VLC, or any other full featured video player to quickly skip back to these events!
- A button appears to copy events for youtube livestream descriptions so you can quickly come back to them when rewatching your games!
