No functional change to the plugin, but I updated to the newest OBS plugin template and enabled the macOS build. I can't test the macOS plugin since I don't have any Apple devices, so no promises that it will work.

NOTE: for some reason, Windows Defender thinks the Windows installer is malicious. I sent a report for a false positive detection to them, we'll see how it pans out.

Available as archive or installer for Windows, and as Debian package for Linux.

The screen flashing filter is a regular OBS plugin now, but I'm not sure it works as intended.
