Everything one could want - and more! Thanks for a professional-level, complete, well-designed and well-functioning plugin. I tried several others to achieve blur effects, and this one is most excellent.

Gets the job done, seems very fast, allowed me to implement custom bloom. (OBS tip: Create a group (Just like adding a video source.) and drag your game capture inside. Then copy the game capture and paste as REFERENCE. Put that in a group, too! In that new group, you can now add filters. NOT in the game source itself, because that applies to all instances! No, add the filters TO THE GROUP.)

I could not find it after installing it. I had to read the comments to find out it was actually just under Game Capture option menu window. Please put in to add source instead, just like Video Cpature, Screen Captuer and other sources.

This works wonderfully, and I'm so happy to have an excellent active pixelation filter now. Thank you!
